Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and schedule flights, deliver finished imagery and keep records of the work performed. We may contact you about your active project or a follow-up shoot. We do not sell your information.
Aerial imagery we capture of your property is delivered to you under the usage licence agreed at booking. We may display selected images in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. We will never publish interior imagery of an occupied home without permission.
We share information only where necessary to deliver the service — for example with editing collaborators or file delivery platforms — or where required by law. Any FAA or airspace authorisation request includes only the operational details required for that approval.
Project files and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to support your account and meet legal or insurance obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold.
