A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, location, deliverables and price in writing. Flight times are scheduled around light conditions and airspace availability, so a confirmed date may carry a time window rather than a fixed hour.
All flights are subject to wind, visibility and airspace conditions. If conditions are unsafe or would materially reduce image quality, we will reschedule to the next suitable window at no additional cost. Safety decisions rest with the remote pilot in command.
All operations are conducted under FAA Part 107. Where a location falls within controlled airspace, flights are subject to airspace authorisation, which we request on your behalf. If authorisation is denied for a location, we will discuss alternatives or refund any deposit paid.
You are responsible for ensuring we have lawful access to the launch area and for informing any relevant property manager, HOA or site supervisor. Delays caused by lack of access may require rescheduling and can incur an additional trip fee.
Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours after the flight unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables are the edited files described in your quote; raw files are not included. One round of reasonable adjustment requests is included with every gallery.
Sky View LV retains copyright in the imagery. You receive a licence to use the delivered imagery for the purposes described in your quote — typically marketing, listing, web and social use. Resale or sub-licensing to third parties requires written agreement.
Invoices are due on the terms stated in your quote. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled window are free of charge; later cancellations may incur a fee covering the reserved flight window.
